The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Resale Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
