Vintage Polo by Ralph Lauren mesh polo in white/cream with the multicolor chest-stripe band - red, orange, white-over-blue, and green with a purple underline - and the signature pony embroidered in green at the left chest. Two-button placket, ribbed collar and cuffs, tennis tail with side vents, side-seam flag tag at the hem. The navy boxed "Polo by Ralph Lauren" single tag is the vintage 80s-early 90s label. TAGGED M, BUT GO BY THE MEASUREMENTS - the vintage boxy cut wears like a modern L/XL. Taken flat: - Chest (armpit to armpit): 22.5 in - double for full circumference - Length (bottom of collar to hem, center back): 27 in - Shoulders (seam to seam): 20 in - Sleeve (shoulder seam to cuff): 8.5 in All measurements approximate - please compare to a shirt that fits you well. Condition: Pre-owned, good vintage condition with a few small marks, each photographed up close: a faint thin tan line on the front, a small tan spot below the chest stripes, and a light grey smudge on the underside of the collar fold with a tiny red fleck at the shoulder. No holes, no fraying; collar and cuffs have good ribbing with no significant stretch. Not treated or laundered by the seller - the marks may well improve with a gentle wash.
